Rosado Vergel wine

Description

This modern ecological pink is adequate for lovers of the new for their incomparable personality and flavor. The exclusivity of the Monastrell variety offers a daring, elegant wine, full of freshness and vivacity, presumes to be different, unique and authentic.

The harvest is performed at the optimal point of maturation of the grapes to achieve greater freshness and aromas in the wine. Made by hand and first thing in the morning, in boxes of 15 kg. The clusters are transported directly to the press where a soft pressing is carried out, before suffering a slight deranged. Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14-16 degrees.

Tasting Note

• Colour. Translucent pink, with blue and violet nuances.
• Nose. Expressive that develops strawberry, raspberry and melon aromas that evolves in a range of notes to exotic fruits.
• Mouth. Soft, refreshing, elegant and tasty with a long and pleasant final.
• Service temperature : 8 - 10ºC
